The smell of warm brioche and fresh coffee welcomed us in, and this pastry shelf instantly caught our attention. The hand-lettered prices, the glossy pastries lined up like little sculptures, and the soft green tiles under the counter... everything was simple, but beautiful.That morning, we didn’t rush. We sat by the window, sipping cappuccinos, watching the barista greet regulars by name. This illustration is a tribute to that feeling - a quiet Milanese morning where even a shelf of pastries can feel like a little moment of design and joy.
